About us
Most people do not quit Pilates because they stop liking it. They quit because their week gets in the way. Everything here is built around that one problem.

Our story
A normal studio sells you a timetable. Six classes a day, book seven days out, lose your spot if you are late. It works right up until your week changes, and everybody's week changes.
So we built the studio the other way round. Live instructor-led classes still run, because being coached through a movement is the fastest way to learn it. But the studio does not close when the last class finishes. The door works at five in the morning and at ten at night, and the on-demand library runs on the studio screens whenever you walk in.
That is the whole idea. Live when you can make it, on demand when you cannot, and the same programming either way. You are not choosing between a studio and an app. You get both, in the same room, on the same membership.

Our classes
Each class is a full-body session with its own emphasis. Rotate through all four, or build your week around the one you need.
24/7 access
Members get their own access to the studio, around the clock. You let yourself in, the lights and the screens are already on, and the reformers are set and waiting. There is no queue and no front desk to get past.
There is not always someone behind that desk, and we would rather say so. Live classes are instructor-led and the studio is staffed around them. Outside those hours it is you, the room and the on-demand library, which is exactly what the 5am and the 10pm members want.
The room is monitored, every machine is serviced on a schedule, and the on-demand sessions walk you through setup before they walk you through the work. If you are new, start in a live class. Once you know your springs and your setup, the other twenty-three hours are yours.

Our studios
Cronulla, Sydney Olympic Park and Wetherill Park, all open around the clock. Parramatta, Castle Hill, Rozelle and Bankstown are next.

It is the studio people find on the way home from the beach, and the one that fills at six in the morning.

This is the studio for people whose working day decides when they train, not the other way around.

Every on-demand session is led by one of them. They tell you what to load before each block and cue your form as you go, so a class at 5am still has someone coaching it.
