Using this website
This website is provided by Pure Reformer for information about our studios, classes and memberships. By using it you agree to these terms.
We try to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but class times, pricing, studio hours and availability can change. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and the details confirmed with you directly are what apply.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry form is a request to be contacted. It does not create a membership, book a class, or commit you to anything.
Free trial classes are subject to availability and to confirmation by the studio.
Membership terms
Membership terms, including any minimum term, notice period and cancellation conditions, form part of the membership agreement you sign with your studio. They are provided to you in full before you join. If you have not seen them, ask before signing anything.
Challenge and promotion terms
Seasonal challenges and promotions each have their own terms, and those terms are published in full on that challenge's own page rather than behind a link. Where a challenge's terms conflict with these general terms, the challenge terms apply to that challenge.
Health and safety
Reformer Pilates is physical exercise. If you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or physiotherapist before starting, and tell your instructor before your first class.
Nothing on this website is medical advice.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the Pure Reformer name and marks, the class style names Pure Burn, Pure Tone, Pure Power and Pure Form, the photography and the written copy, belongs to Pure Reformer or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written consent.
Links to other websites
This website links to third-party sites, including map and social media services. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
